Beware - They booked a ticket for my friend and instead of a 10 day ticket they gave him a 1 day ticket. When he told them it was wrong they made him pay a $150 change ticket fee. Awful business practices especially considering my friend is elderly. Isn't verbal confirmation of dates supposed to be a basic practice of travel agents? If you use them I highly recommend scrutinizing their work.
