Fair price... Failing to thoroughly clean the car's interior...
I needed to use that particular rental Sevice- and need to tell EVERYONE !!! That Using there rest room facilities is Terrible / non-existent.... I was embarrassed to had use my cell phone to call them so as someone could come out to me...( the restroom is not in same building/ outside! ) and bring toilet paper & hand towels to me !!! ( I’ve been in better “Truck Stops” than this place !!!
Manager (chris pineda) was racist and very rude. Humiliated and Insulted me and my friends and didnt wanted to give us the rental car. However we managed to get a car, he didnt allowed to get my friends name on it with no reason. Very frustrating and wasted one and half hour by reading user guide to us. We missed our Dmv appointment because of that. then we have visited the other hertz and they approved everything in just few minutes.
The manager here was doing it purposefully to let us suffer. Worst experience ever renting a car. I want my refund.
Worst place to rent a car. They're full of racism. They will steal your credit card details and charge you for no reason. Don't go there.
Stay aware. The manager (chris) was so rude. He wouldn’t let me give the rental car. Asked for unnecessary docs which he knew I didnt have. Racist staff.
